What the alternatives cost
Trainual runs about $249 a month for ten seats, and shops report a setup fee on top of it. SweetProcess and Waybook are $99 a month. Scribe and Tango are around $23–35 per person per month, forever.

What it doesn’t do
Crewmanual records work that happens in a web browser on a computer — which is where your office software lives. It cannot record phone apps, so it will not document what your techs do in CompanyCam out in the field. It also never clicks anything inside your software for you: it writes the manual, you still run the business.

It is not finished, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. The Chrome extension is in development and goes to the Chrome Web Store first. When it’s ready to install, this page changes to a button that installs it.
